Spamvora helps businesses, developers, and marketing agencies automatically filter spam form submissions, score lead quality in real time, and protect advertising budgets from fraudulent or bot-generated traffic.
Spamvora is operated as a sole proprietorship based in West Bengal, India. Our website is located at spamvora.com.

5 Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment Processing
5.1 Subscription Plans
Spamvora offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing, plan features, and usage limits are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
5.2 Merchant of Record — Paddle
All payments for Spamvora subscriptions are processed exclusively by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for every transaction. This means:
- Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection (VAT, GST, sales tax), and regulatory compliance for the transaction;
- Any billing disputes, chargeback queries, or payment-related issues involving your bank or card issuer are handled through Paddle;
- Paddle’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the payment transaction itself;
- Paddle may contact you directly regarding payment, tax documentation, or compliance matters.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without further notice, unless you cancel.
5.4 Tax Collection
Paddle automatically determines and collects applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, and US sales tax) based on your billing location at checkout. The price displayed at checkout may be inclusive or exclusive of tax depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any additional taxes applicable in your jurisdiction that Paddle does not collect.
5.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Paddle may attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after retry attempts, your access to paid features of the Service will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. We will notify you via email if your payment fails.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice by email before any price change takes effect for your existing subscription. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting info@spamvora.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until the period ends. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time in the current period, except where required by law.
